I like being a part of a credit union where everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They do things to include their members and help those in our community, which makes a difference. 

My parents made a savings account for me when I was 7 years old. Ever since I grew up and became an adult, I have never left GECU because they have always felt like family to me and have been so helpful and kind. Going through college, student loans, starting my career, and getting my own place to live, they have been there every step of the way!

We've been members for almost 30 years, living in 3 different states. We've had at least 14 car loans during this time. Each time we need help or make a change, this credit union makes our lives better!

I can't say enough good things about GECU. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. We recently went through their loan process, and it was fast, smooth, and completely hassle-free. You can tell they really care about their members and take pride in providing great service. Hands down the best credit union in the QC- I wouldn't go anywhere else! 

The Credit Union has great rates in all areas. I recently got an auto loan and they beat out all other competitors in a hard market. They are very easy to work with and the staff is always friendly.

I have been with GECU for many years now and would never consider going anywhere else for a car loan etc even though my husband and I retired and moved to Northern California. The employees are wonderful to work with. They are always professional but make you feel as comfortable as family.

This credit union continues to be the best institution I’ve used in our entire country. I travel for work and have been gone from the quad cities for years and still use these guys because the customer service is amazing. You always talk to a nice helpful person right away they take care of you with the care and respect very few places do these days. They have helped my family with loans banking and financial situations for decades and I would suggest them to anyone over any large bank every day of the week and twice on Sunday!!!

Not only do you know you are getting the absolute best rates in town (no matter what the dealer tells you) but they are offered by one of the most genuine and caring staff I have ever encountered. I have lived in various states in the US and travel out of country for vacation and I have never once run into a snag with any of my banking needs. This is TRULY a credit union ran with the members in mind at every point.

I have been a member for over 30 years. Personalized service and the many programs and events hosted by the Credit Union is what I enjoy.

Almost everyone at GECU knows who I am and who my relatives are too! Pam has always been super helpful and everyone is always friendly.
