myPic Studio Custom Debit Cards

With myPic Studio, you can now customize your GECU Debit Card!  Choose an image from our gallery or use your own pictures to showcase your kids, pets, favorite vacation spot, and photography skills. 

How it works: 

• Agree to the terms and conditions below to get started.
• Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you will be directed to a website that will allow you to select your image and enter your personal information.
• Once approved, your custom debit card will arrive in 2-3 weeks. 

FAQs and Things to Know

• Is there a charge? Yes. Your account will be charged $15 for a custom debit card from your checking account. The funds must be in the account for the card to be ordered. This $15 fee will be applied in the future whenever the card is reissued due to expiration or replacement. 
• What kind of pictures can I use? You must follow the image guidelines posted on the right-hand side of this page.
• What if my image isn't accepted? You will be notified by email if your submitted photo does not meet image guidelines.
• What size does my image need to be? The image must be at least 840 x 840 pixels and no larger than 10 MBs in size. Please use JPG or BMP format. 

myPic Studio Terms & Conditions

1. You certify that you have read and understand the image guidelines and that the image complies with the guidelines. If you submit or repeatedly submit images that do not follow the guidelines set forth, Gas & Electric Credit Union (GECU) reserves the right to exclude you from future use of this service. GECU reserves the right not to accept or use any image you submit, or to refuse to issue a personalized myPic Studio debit card.
2. You agree to destroy your old debit card once you receive your new custom card and hold GECU harmless for any loss caused by not doing so.
3. A $15 fee applies for ordering a myPic Studio custom debit card, unless otherwise noted. You authorize this fee to be deducted from your checking account. The $15 fee will apply to new, replacement, and reissued myPic Studio cards. Notice for joint owners: When you order a custom card on a joint account, the joint account holder will also receive a new card. If they want a custom card as well, they will need to create one on the same day. Otherwise, they will receive a new card with the standard design. The standard design will be at no cost. There will be a $15 charge for each custom, myPic Studio card.  
4. Upon submitting your image to GECU, you represent and certify that you have sole rights to use the image (i.e. the image was taken by you) or have express consent from the Image’s owners to use the image. All images submitted must have the consent of the owner including those images downloaded from the internet.  GECU may, in its discretion, require evidence of the Image owner’s consent or of your ownership of the image. You consent or have obtained any necessary consent to allow GECU to alter, copy, print, distribute, prepare and use the image or derivative works of the image on the customized debit card.
5. You (or the obtained consent from the Image’s owner) grant GECU a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use the Image on the data you provide to GECU for the purpose of providing your personalized myPic Studio debit card.
6. GECU reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, revoke or terminate these Terms & Conditions and/or the Image Guidelines at any time, and any such change shall be binding, and your continued use of the myPic Studio card constitutes your consent and ratification of any change made by GECU.
7. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold GECU, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, partners and employees, harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) that may arise from the issuance of use of the myPic Studio debit card with your submitted image on it, including (without limitation) any and all claims alleging trademark or copyright infringement, and/or the violation of a right of privacy or publicity or another right.
