There will be a brief interruption in some of your Visa credit card account information available in eZcardinfo (the link and website for your CU Visa credit card accessible via Online & Mobile Banking). This will not affect Online & Mobile Banking, only Visa credit card account information & some services available on eZcardinfo.
Real-time information and some services will be limited on Friday, June 12, Saturday, June 13, and Sunday, June 14. During this time period:
- eZcardinfo will not reflect real-time balance and activity.
- You may make and schedule Visa payments during this time, but the payments will not be posted until Monday, June 15. The payments will be post-dated to reflect the correct payment date.
- If you utilize the Pay by Phone method for making payments, this service will be unavailable Friday, June 12, and Saturday, June 13, resuming services on Sunday, June 14.
- If you pay your Visa through external bill pay providers or another financial institution, you may want to keep an eye on payments to make sure they process as usual during and after this update. You will most likely need to re-establish the payment information in that specific bill-pay service.
