Home Equity Loans: Make home improvements, pay off debt or purchase a new vehicle. There are no closing costs and the interest may be tax deductible. We offer 3 different options for our Home Equity loans, up to 100% of the appraised value of your home (minus any first mortgage), with no dollar limit. Contact a loan officer to apply for a Home Equity loan and receive current rate information.

First Mortgages & Refinances: We offer a full range of loans programs including VA, FHA, Construction loans, and No Down Payment loans through our partner, CU Members Mortgage. You will find that through CU Members Mortgage, you will receive a low rate with little or no fees (no origination or documentation fees). Compare them to other mortgage brokers and you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Signature Loans: Have you been bombarded with unexpected expenses? Maybe you need to pay for home improvements or would like to consolidate bills. Whatever the reason, a signature loan may be what you're looking for. For an even better rate, put collateral down.
